WELCOME

The invitation process begins with a conversation —whether we chat via email, phone or meet face to face, we want to learn more about your invitation needs. We want to hear about your dream invitation and the details of your wedding or event.

ESTIMATE

After we determine the aesthetic direction of your invitation suite (Semi-Custom or Custom), we will email you a quote with several options to choose from. If you would like to move forward, a signed agreement and deposit are required to start the design process.

DESIGN

Yayyyyyy!!! Let the fun begin and the creative sparks fly! As we begin the design phase, we will take everything we have discussed and incorporate it into your invitation suite. As your vision begins to take shape, your dream invitation will come to life on paper.

PROOFING + APPROVAL

You will receive your first set of digital proofs within 5-7 business days. If you would like to make any changes, we will provide a second round of proofs based on your feedback. Once you’re completely satisfied with the design of your invitation suite, we will email you a final design proof that you will sign.

PRODUCTION

After you approve your proofs and pay your final balance, we will schedule your order for production. We are very hands-on during the production phase to ensure we deliver Exceptional Quality with every order. The printing and production of your invitation suite may take anywhere from three to eight weeks depending on your order.

DELIVERY

Every order is carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. We guarantee your order will arrive in perfect condition – ready for mailing. All orders ship via FedEx with tracking.
