Our Custom Design services are perfect if you are looking for something truly unique and one of a kind. At Invitation Architects, we love helping our clients celebrate life's special moments with custom invitations. We believe the invitation truly sets the tone for the event!

 
 

 
 

01
CONSULTATION

The Custom Design process begins with an invitation consultation (phone, email, or in-person). During your consultation, we will discuss your invitation needs, budget, and timeline, etc. We will also determine the aesthetic direction of your invitation suite including your preferred papers, ink colors, fonts, and finishing touches.

CONTRACT + DEPOSIT

After our consultation, we will email you a detailed cost estimate and estimated production timeline. If you would like to move forward, we will send you a welcome email, contract and link to pay your deposit.

CUSTOMIZATION + PROOFS

Within 3-5 business days of receiving your signed contract, deposit, and verbiage you will receive your first set of digital proofs. We will incorporate all design elements, customization, and personalization options included on your order form. Two free revisions are included with your initial proof to update wording, colors, and minor layout adjustments.

APPROVAL + FINAL PAYMENT

After you approve your proofs and pay your final balance your order will be scheduled for production. Meticulous attention to detail is ensured with each order. Printing and production may take anywhere from three to eight weeks depending on the complexity of your order.

DELIVERY

Each order is hand-checked before leaving our studio to ensure each and every piece is perfect. Once your order is ready, we will email you tracking information. All orders ship via FedEx with tracking confirmation.

FOLLOW-UP

Your feedback is invaluable to us and the cornerstone of our success. After your custom invitations are delivered, we will follow-up to ensure you were pleased with our services and the quality of your invitations.
